Flue Gas Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS)

Flue Gas Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS)

product details

1. Product Overview
The SNHB-CEMS-2000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) is designed for real-time monitoring of industrial flue gas emissions from boilers, coal/gas-fired power plants, cement plants, waste incineration facilities, and chemical plants. It provides continuous measurement of particulate matter and key gaseous pollutants, along with flue gas temperature, pressure, and flow rate, offering reliable data for emission management and environmental compliance.
Advanced UV Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (UV-DOAS) combined with extractive condensation technology is employed to achieve stable and accurate online monitoring.
2. Key Features
Continuous measurement of SO₂, NOx, O₂, particulate matter, temperature, pressure, and flow
Optional expansion for HCl, HF, CO, CO₂, humidity, and other parameters
Dry measurement method reduces signal fluctuation in high humidity
Secondary condensation for fast dehumidification and cooling
Heated probe and sampling line (120-180℃) prevent condensation
Real-time data acquisition, processing, and remote monitoring support
Industrial cabinet with IP42/IP65 protection rating
Reliable operation under -10℃ to 40℃ and 0-95% RH conditions
